11月19日，由福建鑫严创科技有限公司为永星钢铁（泰国）有限公司设计生产的中频炉炉前机械手，正式发货。这也意味着严创科技在泰国市场的再一次深入迈进了一大步。据悉，永星的投产，将成为泰国最大的钢铁公司，相信我们的机械手将为他们炼钢工作添砖加瓦，贡献绵薄之力。

中频炉炉前机械手，是由严创科技应众多钢厂需求，自主研发生产制造的一套辅助中频炉炼钢设备，它是一种运用在中频炉上用来压废钢料的机械臂,目前已经分布到印尼、缅甸、柬埔寨、泰国、沙特、伊朗、孟加拉、老挝、伊拉克、土耳其等二十多个国家，为众多钢厂提供帮助。它能轻松压实加料时部分卡阻的较大体积的废钢或过于疏松的轻薄料，使废钢体积迅速缩小、密实度增大，防止了“搭桥”现象，从而提高能量转换，极大地提高了感应炉的熔炼效率。

On November 19, the induction furnace manipulator which was designed and produced by Fujian Xinyanchuang Technology Co., Ltd. was officially delivered. This also meant that Yanchuang Technology had once again made a big step forward in the Thai market. It is reported that Yongxing will become the largest steel company in Thailand when it is put into operation. We believe our manipulator will contribute to their steelmaking work.
The induction furnace manipulator is a set of auxiliary induction furnace steelmaking equipment independently developed and manufactured by Yanchuang Technology to meet the needs of many steel mills. It is a kind of mechanical arm used in induction furnace to press scrap.At present, it has been distributed to more than 20 countries such as Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Bangladesh, Laos, Iraq, Turkey and so on for providing help to many steel mills. It can easily compact a large volume of scrap or loose light and thin material which is partially blocked when feeding, so that the volume of scrap is reduced rapidly and the compactness is increased, so as to prevent "bridging" to improve the energy conversion and greatly improve the smelting efficiency of induction furnace.
