为响应国家节能减排政策,河冶科技在合金炉熔化废钢这个过程投入了大量心血。我司有幸参与这次的改造项目,通过熔炼车间现场的调查及与众多炼钢厂、铸造厂的学习总结,给予这次的改造提供了绵薄帮助。加料方式的改变彻底告别了传统的长时间低效率天车加料,机械手的配置大大减轻了炉台操工的生产强度及节省了大量电耗,从而使整个熔炼钢水的过程更加流畅,也让整体除尘效率达到最高水准。
Heye Technology Upgrading Environmental Protection
During the national day, the cooperation between Yan Chuang technology and Heye technology in the intermediate frequency furnace melting alloy scrap project is being carried out at full speed.
In response to the energy saving and emission reduction policy advocated by the state, Heye Technology has invested a lot of effort in the process of melting scrap steel in induction furnace. Our company has the privilege of participating in this renovation project. Our investigation of the smelting workshop site and the summary of our study with many steelmaking and foundry factories have provided some help for this renovation. The improved feeding mode completely eliminates the shortcomings of long time and low efficiency of traditional overhead travelling crane. The installation and use of the manipulator greatly reduce the production intensity of the furnace operator and save a lot of electricity consumption, so that the whole smelting process become more fluent and the overall efficiency of dust removal reaches the highest level.
