钢包机械手,再配合LF炉的运用

这种将炉前机械手运用到钢包精炼炉的创举,是众多客户为达到节能效果想出来的“金点子”。钢包钢水在经过LF炉脱氧脱硫精炼之前,由于上一道熔炼工序中,钢液表层极易形成坚硬的浮渣,这层坚硬的钢渣对LF炉精炼工序中石墨电极插入造成极大的阻碍,不仅降低石墨电极寿命,更重要是:稍有不慎还容易造成石墨电极折断,引发安全事故。

炉前机械手的改进升华,可大大减少该方面问题,在钢包进入LF炉精炼之前,运用机械手将钢包中上浮的钢渣进行压裂打碎,使钢包进入LF炉后,石墨电极能够顺利插入钢水中。

In response to the on-site use needs of many special steel customers, the manipulator independently developed and produced by Yanchuang Technology has been widely used in different steel-making processes. In addition to being used in the alloy melting furnace, it can prevent the intermediate frequency furnace "Bridging" phenomenon and shorten the scrap melting time by means of material pressing. In recent two years, many domestic steel mills have also applied it to the ladle refining furnace.

The innovation of applying the manipulator in front of the furnace to the ladle refining furnace is the "Golden idea" for many customers to achieve the effect of energy saving. Before the liquid steel is deoxidized and desulfurized by LF furnace, due to the formation of hard dross on the surface of liquid steel in the last smelting process, this layer of hard dross greatly hinders the insertion of graphite electrode in LF furnace refining process, which not only reduces the service life of graphite electrode, but also easily causes the breakage of graphite electrode and causes safety accidents.

The improvement and sublimation of the manipulator in front of the ladle can greatly reduce this problem. Before the ladle enters the LF furnace for refining, the manipulator is used to fracture and break the floating slag in the ladle, so that the graphite electrode can be smoothly inserted into the molten steel after the ladle enters the LF furnace.
