根据不同料场废钢堆放位置,中频炉炉台布置及除尘罩安装方式,近期,由福建鑫严创科技有限公司为马来西亚某冶金公司非标设计生产的配套12吨中频炉冶炼“三件套”,中频炉横向液压加料车,中频炉机械手,中频炉出钢车迎来全面竣工。

此次项目改造,是严创科技针对该公司前期整体炉台,精炼,连铸等工位设计不健全现象制定的整体方案。通过有效的改进及设备投入,从源头上大幅度提高了中频炉给料速度,并且缩短了废钢熔炼时间,从最初的100多分钟每炉钢水缩短到90分钟,降低了钢水转运路程和时间,减缓了钢水降温速度。同时,设备的投入也降低了整条生产线对人工投入的过度依赖,缓解了操作工的劳动强度,提高了整体工作效率。
According to the stacking position of scrap steel in different stockyards, the layout of induction furnace platform and the installation mode of dust removal cover, recently, Fujian Xin Yanchuang Technology Co., Ltd. has designed and produced a set of matched 12 ton induction furnace smelting "three-piece " for a metallurgical company in Malaysia. The transverse hydraulic charging vehicle, manipulator and tapping vehicle of induction furnace have been fully completed.
The reconstruction of the project is an overall scheme for mulated by Yanchuang technology for the imperfect design of the company's early overall furnace platform, refining, continuous casting and other stations. Through effective improvement and equipment investment, the feeding speed of induction furnace is greatly increased from the source, and the scrap melting time is shortened from more than 100 minutes to 90 minutes for each furnace of molten steel, which reduces the distance and time of molten steel transfer and slows down the cooling speed of molten steel. At the same time, the input of equipment also reduces the excessive dependence of the whole production line on labor, alleviates the labor intensity of operators and improves the overall work efficiency.
