近日，由福州严创科技设计制造生产的配套70吨合金熔化炉加料车、机械手，正式发往四川罡宸不锈钢责任有限公司（原西南不锈钢）。

经过双方的相互考察及沟通交流，严创科技为该客户制定了一套加料熔炼改进方案。其中，载重量5吨的往返加料车，能够高效率地满足熔化炉不间断的给料投料过程，使得平均每分钟可以完成 一到两吨的送料流程。而两个炉壳之间设计安装的熔化炉机械手，可以在加料过程中，不断地在炉膛面上进行拨料压料 ，使炉料体积迅速缩小、密实度增大，从而提高能量转换，极大地提高了感应炉的熔炼效率，同时机械手在使用过程中，有效粘附钢液中的废渣，减轻了冶炼过程中捞渣工作。
合金熔化炉加料车和机械手的搭配使用，极大程度上缓解了炉工工作强度，较高的自动化程度实现了人工远距离炉口操作的可能性，在提高工人安全系数的同时，也大大提高了熔炼过程的生产效率。

Recently, the supporting Induction furnace charging vehicle and manipulator for 70-t alloy melting furnace manufactured by Fuzhou Yanchuang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. were delivered to Sichuan Gangchen Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. (the former Southwest Stainless Steel).
Through mutual investigation and communication, Yanchuang Technology developed a series of schemes for the improvement of feeding and melting for the customer. Among them, the 5-t Induction furnace charging vehicle can effectively meet the requirement of uninterrupted feeding for the melting furnace, and an average amount of 1 to 2 tons of material feeding per minute is achieved. The manipulator installed between two furnace shells of the melting furnace can poke and compact the material on the hearth continuously during feeding process, which quickly increases the volume of furnace burden and degree of compaction, greatly improves energy conversion and melting efficiency of induction furnace. Meanwhile, the manipulator can effectively adhere to the waste residue in the molten steel and thus reduces the operation of getting waste residue out during the steelmaking.
The combination of induction furnace charging vehicle and manipulator for the alloy melting furnace can greatly relieve the furnacemen’s working strength, and high degree of automation makes it possible for workers to operate far from the furnace. It improves the safety factor of workers and greatly increases the production efficiency of smelting at the same time.
