漫长的船期等待，灯火通明的严创车间开始忙碌起来。10月7号晚上，由鑫严创科技有限公司为马来西亚联合钢铁（大马）集团公司打造的60吨高效电炉炉前机械手开始马不停蹄的装车准备，它们将在天亮之前发往江阴港，并于近日启航前往关丹港。

中频炉炉前机械手，是由严创科技应众多钢厂需求，自主研发生产制造的一套辅助中频炉炼钢设备，它是一种运用在中频炉上用来压废钢料的机械臂。它能轻松压实加料时部分卡阻的较大体积的废钢或过于疏松的轻薄料，使废钢体积迅速缩小、密实度增大；从而提高能量转换，极大地提高了感应炉的熔炼效率。同时能快速、灵活的把感应炉周边的废钢及打包压块扫进炉体。附带远程进程两种遥控操作，使操作人员远离炉口区域，减少安全隐患。

After a long time shipment waiting,the bright Yanchuang Technology workshop began to bustle about.On the evening of October 7th, the 60-ton high efficiency electric furnace manipulator designed and produced by Xin Yanchuang Technology Co., Ltd. for Malaysia Alliance Steel,began non-stop loading preparation. They were being shipped to Jiangyin port before dawn and set sail for Kuantan port soon.
The induction furnace manipulator is a set of auxiliary induction furnace steel-making equipment, which is developed and manufactured by Yanchuang Technology in response to the demand of many metallurgical manufacturers. It can easily compact the large volume of scrap which is partly blocked or the light and thin material which is too loose, so that the volume of scrap is rapidly reduced and the compactness is increased, thus the energy conversion is improved and the smelting efficiency of the induction furnace is greatly improved. At the same time, it can quickly and flexibly sweep the scrap steel around the induction furnace and pack and press blocks into the furnace body. Two kinds of remote control operation with remote process, so that the operator away from the furnace mouth area, reduce the security risks.
