回顾过去严创科技走过的三个季度艰辛历程，开春过后面临的疫情影响下国际市场的萎靡，国内经济的停滞不前，我们一度陷入了挣扎的困境。在当地政府和相关部门领导的支持指导下，在全公司所有成员高低二心，行之有效的配合下，我们众志成城，克服了重重艰难险阻，使公司在防疫抗疫，稳定发展上取得了新的进步。
在上半年全国市场经济萎靡不振的条件下，公司始终坚持“经济讲效益，管理讲制度，做事讲原则，工作讲效率”的企业作风。室外工程作业停滞，我们召回了所有员工，加强文化建设，提高专业技能，积极培训。同时在行业不景气的情况下，公司坚决贯彻“能者上，庸者下，平者让，员工与企业共同成长，培养企业核心竞争力”的人才理念，广贤纳士，增强人才储备。在机械、液压、电气、环保等领域不断补充人才，坚强拼搏、开辟进取、克意翻新。
今年，我们还增大了公司注册资本，完成了公司名称变更，由原来的“福州严创环境科技有限公司”更名为“福建鑫严创科技有限公司”，这也更加坚定了严创科技今后共谋发展、开拓进取、求索创新的决心。
神州大地繁花似锦，祖国长空乐曲如潮，路漫漫其修远，国庆日，中秋夜，严创科技再次祝福所有朋友，同庆同圆，同源同愿。
Welcome the arrival of China's National Day on a crisp fall day and Rong City（Fuzhou）is immersed in the joy of a good harvest. The simultaneous arrival of two festivals and two blessings signifies the simultaneous arrival of good and auspicious luck. On the day of the reunion of the two festivals,which happen every 19 years,all the Yanchuanger wish our great motherland forever prosperous, the country and people peaceful, and also wish all the new and old customers and friends have an extended version of happiness.
مرحبا باليوم الوطني لجمهورية الصين الشعبيه وهو ياتي في اجواء خريفيه بمدينة فوجو ونحن فرحين بالحصاد الجيد , ياتي متزامننا مع مهرجانيين واشارتين مباركاتين ,كما ياتي متزامننا مع الحظ السعيد والمبشرايضا في يوم لم الشمل للاحتفالين معا , والذي يحدث مره كل 19, كل موظغي شركة ( يان شوانق) يتمنوالازدهار والنمو لكل اهلهم بمسقط راسهم ولكل الوطن العيش في سلام ونمو, ايضا الامنيات لكل العملاء القدامي والجدد السعاده والفرح.
Looking back on the hard course of Yanchuang Technology in the past three quarters, we were once in a dilemma of struggling with the recession of the international market and the stagnation of the domestic economy because of the influence of the epidemic situation after the Spring Festival.
Under the support and guidance of local government and the leaders of relevant departments, and with the effective cooperation of all company members, we have made concerted efforts to overcome numerous difficulties and obstacles, and made new progress in epidemic prevention and stable development.
بالنظر للظروف الصعبه التي مرت بها شركة يان شوانق في الثلاثه ارباع الاخيره لهذا العام ,والتي واجهنا فيها مجموعة من المصاعب والمعاناه نسبه للركود الاقتصادي العالمي , لقد عاني كل من السوق العالمي وايضا المحلي من هذا الركود بسب تاثير جائحة الكرونا عقب احتفال عيد الربيع. وبالقياده الرشيده والدعم الكبير الذي وجدناهو من حكومتنا , وايضا الادارات ذات الصله , والعمل الكبير الذي بذل من قبل كل موظفي الشركه , قمنا بمجهودات عظيمه ومشتركه للتغلب علي كل الصعاب بل قفزنا فوق الصعاب, حقيقه قمنا بعمل رائع وعظيم اثناء الجائحه لكي نظل ننمو ونزدهر.
In the first half of the year, under the condition of the sluggish market economy, the company has always adhered to the enterprise style of "economic efficiency, management system, work principle, work efficiency". We recalled all our employees when outdoor engineering operations stopped, strengthened cultural construction, improved professional skills, and actively trained.
في النصف الاول للعام ,تحت تاثير الخمول الاقتصادي للسوق ,شركتنا التزمت دائما الجراءه كما اعتمدت اسلوب ادارة (التاثير الاقتصادي) , مبدأ وكفاءة العمل , لقد قمنا باستدعاء جميع موظفي الشركه عندما توقفت العمليه الهندسيه الخارجيه لم نركن لذلك ,قمنا بتعزيز البناء الثقافي لهم , تنمية المهارات والقدرات والتدريب بنشاط.
At the same time, when the industry is in recession, our company firmly implements the talent concept of "the capable goes up, the inactive goes down, the mediocre gives in, the staff and enterprise grow together, and cultivate the core competitiveness of the enterprise", so as to expand the talent reserve. In the mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, environmental protection and other fields, we will continue to supplement talents, work hard, forge ahead and renovate.
وفي نفس الوقت , عندما كانت الاسواق في حالة ركود تام ,عائلتنا نفذت مفهوم مهارة القدره علي الارتفاع والنهوض مما كان له الاثر الكبير في امتصاص الطاقه السلبيه ,ليس التواضع والاستسلام,كل المجموعه تنمو مع المشروع سويا ,قمنا بزيادة القدرة التنافسه للمؤسسه وذلك لتوسيع احتياطي المواهب بالشركة ,في مجالات عده منها المكانيكيه , الهيدروليكيه , الكهربائيه وحماية البيئه وغيرها من المجالات,سنستمر في جلب وتطوير المواهب ,العمل الشاق ,تنشيط الافكار وتشكيلها.
This year, we also increased the registered capital of the company and completed the company name change. The original ‘Fuzhou Yanchuang Environmental Technology Co., LTD.’ was renamed as ‘Fujian Xin YanChuang Technology Co., LTD.’, which also strengthened the determination of Yan Chuang Technology to seek common development, pioneering spirit and innovation in the future.
Brocade flowers cover the whole land and tidally music fill the motherland sky. The road ahead will be long.On the national day and the night of the Mid Autumn Festival, Yanchuang Technology Co., Ltd. ,again,wishes all friends, Celebrate and reunite together, same origins and desires.
هذه السنه طورنا راس مال الشركه واكملنا تغيير اسم الشركه من الاسم الاصلي الذي هو (فوجو يان شوانق لتكنلوجيا البيئه المحدوده ليمتد ) والذي تغير الي (فوجيان يان شونق تكنولجي الجديده ليمتد ) وهي بالطبع تعزز عزم الشركة للسعي المشترك للنهوض والتنميه ,بروح الرياده والابتكار في المستقبل. زهور الديباج تغطي كل الارض والموسيقي الهادئه تملاء سماء الوطن,طريق النجاح سوف يكون طويل , في اليوم الوطني وعيد الربيع شركة يان شوانق تزجي الامنيات لكل الاصدقاء ,نحتفل ونتحد معا ,لاننا باختصار نملك نفس الاصول والرغبات.
