中频炉炉前机械手,在铸造中频炉化钢过程中功不可没,它替代人工操作大大减少了炼钢过程中人工靠近炉口操作的频率,大大降低了中频炉炼钢中的安全事故。同时在拨料压料过程中,解决了中频炉炼钢中可能发生的“搭桥”现象。钢液表层的接触,使得钢液表层的废渣粘附到压料头上,并且越聚越多,一定程度上降低了后续去渣成本。

Yanchuang technology has completed the production of medium frequency furnace front manipulator customized for Fujian Tianzhong Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. , which was officially delivery to Quanzhou on November 14, and also symbolized that our manipulator has entered a new charter into the foundry industry.
The induction furnace manipulator plays an irreplaceable role in the process of casting induction furnace steel. The mechanical operation instead of the manual operation greatly reduces the frequency of manual operation near the edge of the furnace during the steel-making process, and greatly reduces the safety accidents in the steel-making process of the induction furnace. At the same time, in the process of material shifting and pressing, the phenomenon of "bridging" that may occur in the steel-making process of induction furnace is solved. Through the contact of the surface layer in the process of waste steel liquefaction, more the slag on the surface of liquid steel adheres to the pressing end, which reduces the cost of subsequent slag removal to a certain extent.
