Since the successful research and development of YANCHUANG technology's induction furnace manipulator, it has been favored by the majority of steel mills which are using induction furnace. With its simple, unique and flexible non-standard design, it is suitable for induction furnaces with different tonnage of 2-80 tons.
The 6-ton induction furnace manipulator customized for SHUNFA steel mill in Indonesia is also based on the consideration of creating more efficient production capacity for customers. The main purpose is to solve the problem that the furnace hearth diameter existing on site is small, which may easy to block and form bridging phenomenon in the process of steel melting. The using of the induction furnace manipulator can easily move and compact the large volume of waste steel or loose light material that may cause jamming in the furnace hearth during the charging process, so that the volume of steel scrap can be rapidly reduced and the compactness can be increased, thus improving the energy conversion and greatly improving the smelting efficiency of the induction furnace.
According to the calculation of production efficiency, reduce the melting time of scrap can increase the output of steel by about 10%, thus it will greatly improving the economic benefits of investors.
